Mission:

Phase I-To support young mothers, as they navigate their way to stable income, housing, employment, healthy emotional wellbeing, and stabilizing their families.

Phase II - To provide decent, safe, supported, and affordable housing solutions to small families and individuals that will allow them to become emotionally healthy, financially independent, responsible members of their communities; with a commitment to giving back.

Description

The Collective Prosperity (CP) Program stemmed from the need for affordable and safe housing for single adult parents and their small families. CP, through its parent non-profit Seedling Enterprises, Incorporated (SEI), will secure funds to procure large homes and manage them as shared family living arrangements. The program is designed to provide a shared housing option that shows adults how to be better people, providers, and parents in a Village concept; while mentoring them to develop professionally, grow spiritually, heal emotionally, and gain self-confidence. The home will support working parents by facilitating an environment that helps them to work one job to be able to support their children. Families will support each other to make things work with the assistance of a live-in House Mentor. In exchange, the CP Program will provide a variety of support to the occupant families. This includes counseling (varies), personal coaching, family support and strengthening activities and outings, financial counseling and planning, meditation, spiritual healing (optional), and transition preparation.

Families will be transitioned into an affordable single-family rental or homeownership option, upon completion of their stay at a CP Villa. The goal is to procure homes in good neighborhoods around the country, where occupants are not called out because of their need or financial status, where families can successfully incubate to grow into productive, successful members of their communities using the Village support concept and minimal private/public support.
