We provide supportive services to our clients by showing them how to manage a household, be better parents, get better jobs to earn more, get emotionally and spiritually balanced, save money, and move out of the home and be financially independent. Some of our clients will remain in the program for the supported services offered to family members with minor disabilities.  We plan to create affordable homeownership options for our successful participants who are ready to purchase homes.  Clients can also move out to affordable rental options as well.

We provide affordable housing for small families that include single adults with 1 to 2 young children.  Some families may  require special accommodations, while others just need support of a village.  The intent is to allow parents to work one job, and still enjoy a quality life with their children.

Collective Prosperity will help the children to be children!  We will ensure that they are properly fed, homework is done, and they are ready for the world while housed in our properties.  We facilitate family bonding activities like outings, movie nights, big family meals and group activities.  We also facilitate family sessions to heal certain crisis situations, when necessary.  We promote healthy parents to raise healthy children.  They become responsible members of our communities.
