Collective Prosperity  is building its program! We are currently seeking funds to acquire properties to renovate and rent to our families in need.  We are creating affordable housing for families WITHOUT public assistance funds.  Once we obtain 2 properties, the Collective Properties Program will be self-reliant.

If you would like to donate your property to us, it will mean affordable and supported housing opportunities to  2 households that really need our help.  We will accept any property in any condition.  We will also accept land.  All donations are tax deductible.   Once we obtain 2 properties, the Collective Properties Program will be self-reliant. 

We need businesses who are interested in partnering with us.  We are developing a responsible and dedicated workforce, where you can offer full time positions.  We are also open to any donations that you would like to offer to furnish homes, feed families, offer services or anything that you may be moved to provide.  It is all welcomed with our sincere gratitude.

We are interested in renting your home for the Collective Prosperity Program!  We move in with our clients and make sure your rent is paid on time, every time.  Our program teaches clients how to take care of their living spaces, how to clean them, and how to respect them.  No one will know that your home is rented to us unless you tell them.  We manage all maintenance and insure the home while we rent it.  Discreet, safe, reliable and protected.
